Think Design? Think Us

Senior UI/UX Designers Who Think Like Product Owners

Most agencies will sell you a beautiful Figma file. SecureNext sells you a working product. Our UI/UX designers come from a background of shipping web and mobile interfaces — not just rendering screens — which means every flow we design has been pressure-tested against real engineering constraints, real user behaviour and real business metrics. We design what ships, not what looks great in a portfolio.

Senior Product Designers

Hire UI/UX designers from SecureNext who think like product owners, not pixel-pushers. Every designer on our bench has 5+ years shipping web and mobile interfaces in Figma — backed by real UX research, accessibility-first thinking and conversion data.

Design That Ships — Not Just Decks

We hand off Figma files with structured tokens, components, auto-layout and developer notes — paired with optional engineering handover from the same SecureNext team. No "design ↔ development" loop wasting weeks of rework.

Our UI/UX Services

Designing For People, Not Just Pixels

Good design is more than visuals. We focus on how users feel, move, decide and convert on your product — across every device, every interaction, every edge case. Here is the full surface area of UI/UX design services we offer.

UX Research & Discovery

User interviews, persona mapping, competitive teardowns, JTBD analysis and behaviour analytics — so design decisions are backed by evidence, not opinion.

Information Architecture

Site maps, navigation models, content hierarchies and user-flow diagrams that make complex SaaS, e-commerce and enterprise tools feel simple.

Wireframing & Prototyping

Lo-fi wireframes for fast direction-finding, plus high-fidelity interactive Figma prototypes you can hand to investors, customers or your engineering team for validation.

UI Design — Web & Mobile

Pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for SaaS dashboards, marketing sites, mobile apps and admin tools — built on Figma with auto-layout, variants, and developer-ready tokens.

Design Systems & Tokens

Scalable component libraries, design tokens (colour, type, spacing, motion), Storybook documentation and Figma variables — so your product looks consistent across 50 screens or 50 teams.

Usability Testing & Iteration

Moderated and unmoderated tests with real users, click-tracking, heat-maps and post-launch analytics — feeding a continuous design improvement loop, not a one-shot delivery.

Accessibility & WCAG Audits

WCAG 2.2 AA audits, colour-contrast remediation, keyboard navigation reviews and screen-reader testing — so your product is usable by everyone and compliant in regulated industries.

Brand Identity & Visual Design

Logo design, brand guidelines, typography systems and illustration sets — paired with your digital UI so the brand reads as one coherent product, not a mash-up of vendors.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

Funnel analysis, landing-page redesigns, A/B test variants and on-page CRO experiments — engineered to lift signup, checkout and activation metrics, not just look prettier.

Research-Backed UX Decisions

We test before we ship. Personas, JTBD, user interviews, prototype testing and analytics tell us what to design — so your launch is grounded in evidence, not in design taste.

Developer-Ready Figma Handover

Auto-layout, variants, variables, tokens, semantic naming, dev-mode annotations and pixel-perfect spec — your engineering team starts coding the same day, with zero design ambiguity left to interpret.

Accessibility & WCAG-Compliant

Every interface ships with colour-contrast checks, keyboard-navigation states, ARIA semantics and screen-reader testing — so your product is usable by everyone and compliant in regulated industries.

Our Design Process

A 6-Step UI/UX Design Process That Ships

Most agencies disappear into a black box for 8 weeks and resurface with a deck. SecureNext runs design in tight, transparent loops with your team and your users — every step has a tangible deliverable, a checkpoint, and a chance for you to redirect.

01
Step 01

Discover

Kick-off workshops, stakeholder interviews, user research and competitive teardowns. We surface the real problem before sketching a single screen.

02
Step 02

Define

Personas, journey maps, JTBD statements, information architecture and success metrics — the design brief in writing, before colour and type ever enter the conversation.

03
Step 03

Design

Wireframes → interactive prototypes → high-fidelity Figma UI. We iterate in tight feedback loops with your team and real users — not in a black box.

04
Step 04

Validate

Usability tests with 5–8 target users, click-tracking on prototypes, accessibility audits and stakeholder reviews. Fix issues now, not after launch.

05
Step 05

Deliver

Production-ready Figma files, design tokens, Storybook documentation and dev-mode handover. Optional engineering implementation by the same SecureNext team.

06
Step 06

Iterate

Post-launch analytics, heat-maps and A/B-test learnings feed back into the design system. UX is a flywheel, not a one-shot project.

Tools We Design With

The UI/UX Design Tools Behind Every Project

Figma is our daily driver — but our designers are fluent across the full modern design and research stack. We pick the right tool for the job and the right tool for your team's existing workflow.

Figma

Our primary design and prototyping platform — collaborative, component-driven, with variables, auto-layout and dev-mode handover.

FigJam

Workshop boards, journey maps, affinity grouping and stakeholder ideation — async or live, with your team in the room.

Adobe XD

Used when client teams already standardize on Adobe — full XD parity for prototypes, components and dev specs.

Sketch

For legacy macOS-based design teams that still run on Sketch and Abstract — full file compatibility and Symbol-library migration.

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Visual asset production — illustrations, icons, marketing creatives and high-resolution image work that goes beyond UI canvas.

Maze · UserTesting · Hotjar

Usability testing, prototype testing, on-site heat-maps and session replays — the evidence layer behind every design recommendation.

Engagement Models

Three Ways To Engage Our UI/UX Team

Project-Based Design

Fixed Scope, Fixed Outcome

For a clearly defined deliverable — a new product launch, a redesign, a design-system build — with a fixed price, fixed timeline and milestone-based billing. Ideal when scope is well-understood up front.

  • Fixed price, fixed timeline, fixed scope
  • Milestone-based billing — pay as you go
  • Best for product launches and redesigns
  • Engineering handover available from same team

Dedicated UI/UX Designer

Embedded In Your Team

Hire a dedicated UI/UX designer who works exclusively on your product — 160 hours per month, your tools, your standups, your Figma file. Best for ongoing products with a continuous design backlog.

  • Full-time designer exclusive to your product
  • Rolling monthly contract, scale on 30-day notice
  • Senior, pre-vetted Figma / product designers
  • Direct Slack / Teams access to the designer

UX Audit & Consulting

Diagnostic & Strategy

A focused engagement — 2 to 6 weeks — to audit an existing product, identify UX friction, recommend interventions, and produce a prioritised redesign roadmap. Often the right starting point for established products.

  • Heuristic evaluation + usability audit
  • Conversion funnel & friction-point analysis
  • Prioritised UX backlog with effort estimates
  • Strategy doc + presentation to stakeholders
Frequently Asked

UI/UX Design Services — Your Questions, Answered

Everything teams ask before they hire a UI/UX design partner — scope, pricing, tools, research methods, design systems, accessibility and the difference between hiring SecureNext versus a typical design agency.

What does a UI/UX design project from SecureNext include?

A full UI/UX design engagement at SecureNext covers six stages: (1) discovery and stakeholder workshops, (2) UX research — interviews, personas, journey maps, competitive teardowns, (3) information architecture and wireframing, (4) high-fidelity UI design in Figma with components, variants and auto-layout, (5) interactive prototyping and usability testing with real users, and (6) developer-ready handover with design tokens, Storybook documentation and dev-mode annotations. Optional engineering implementation can be picked up by the same SecureNext team.

How much does UI/UX design cost in India?

UI/UX design pricing depends on scope. A focused UX audit typically runs 2–6 weeks at a fixed price. A new product UI/UX design engagement (5–25 screens) usually takes 6–12 weeks. A dedicated UI/UX designer on a rolling monthly contract is the most cost-efficient model for ongoing product work, at roughly one-third the equivalent US or UK rate. Request a quote and we will send a rate card and timeline for your specific scope.

Which tools do your UI/UX designers use?

Figma is our primary platform — chosen for its collaboration, component variants, auto-layout, design tokens and Dev Mode handover. We also work in Adobe XD and Sketch when client teams are already standardized on those. For research and validation we use Maze, UserTesting and Hotjar. For visual assets we use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Everything ships in formats your engineering team can directly consume.

How do you handle UX research without in-person access to my users?

Remote-first research is now standard practice. We run moderated and unmoderated remote user interviews over Zoom, Google Meet or Teams; recruit testers via UserTesting, Maze and lookback panels; run unmoderated prototype tests with click-tracking and screen recordings; deploy on-site polls and heat-maps via Hotjar; and analyze behavioural data from Mixpanel, Amplitude or GA4. We typically reach research conclusions inside 1–2 weeks per discovery cycle.

Can you design for both web and mobile in the same project?

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Designing web and mobile in one engagement keeps the design system, components, tokens and visual language consistent across both surfaces. We follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Material Design for Android, and modern responsive web patterns for browser interfaces. The shared Figma file uses platform-specific variants so designs adapt cleanly without forking the system.

Do you build production-ready design systems?

Yes. A full design-system engagement at SecureNext produces a Figma component library with variants and auto-layout, design tokens (colour, typography, spacing, radius, motion, elevation) exported as JSON / CSS variables, documentation in Storybook or Zeroheight, accessibility-tested colour contrast, and an adoption playbook for engineering teams. Most clients start with a focused subset — buttons, forms, navigation — and grow the system over 2–3 quarters.

How do you ensure the design is accessible and WCAG compliant?

Accessibility is part of design, not a post-launch checklist. Every screen we ship goes through colour-contrast validation (WCAG 2.2 AA minimum), keyboard-navigation state design, focus-ring specifications, ARIA-role semantics in the dev-mode notes, and screen-reader testing on representative flows. For regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government) we also run a formal WCAG audit and produce a compliance report alongside the design files.

How quickly can you start a UI/UX design engagement?

For dedicated designer engagements, we can shortlist pre-vetted UI/UX designers within 48 hours, complete client interviews inside a week, and kick off the engagement the following Monday. For project-based work, kick-off typically happens 1–2 weeks after the proposal is signed — that buffer covers stakeholder alignment, research recruitment and onboarding to your tools.

Can SecureNext also build the product after designing it?

Yes. SecureNext is a full-service software development company with 23+ years of experience — our React, Next.js, Angular, Flutter, iOS and Android engineering teams routinely pick up implementation directly from our designers. Design-to-engineering handover happens inside the same Slack workspace, with the same project manager — eliminating the typical "design ↔ developer" rework loop that costs most teams weeks of velocity.
